The Site is controlled by The data control centre of the Foundation, integral part of MEF, from its office in New Delhi India. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the India and/or the District Court for New Delhi, for any litigation arising out of or relating to the use of Sites, waive any objection to the venue of any such litigation in the Delhi courts and agree not to plead or claim in court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
